Peloton's Emma Lovewell Welcomes Baby Girl and Shares Her Popular Name

The newborn's name has Dutch origins.

Peloton instructor Emma Lovewell welcomed a baby girl and shared the news via Instagram.

“Baby girl Skylar finally arrived, healthy and right on time at 42 weeks and 4 days,” she shares, along with a flushed-face smiley emoji. That’s likely playfully pointing out that she passed the 41-week mark, the date by which most people give birth. In fact, less than 6% of babies are born 42 weeks or later.

Lovewell continues, “We’re so in love with her and can’t believe we created a human!? It blows my mind every day. Currently I’m feeling grateful, exhausted, and excited for this new chapter in my life.”

This is her first baby with fiancé Dave Clark. The couple, who got engaged in 2023, is also holding hands with their newborn in the Instagram reveal photo.

Lovewell previously told Parents the couple was waiting to choose a name after the baby’s arrival. “We’re the type of people who need to meet the baby first,” said Lovewell, founder of the lifestyle brand Live Learn Lovewell.
