Grampie. Tita. Papa. Whatever you call them, grandparents are an undeniable force in the family unit—and celebrity grandparents are no exception. There are the ultra-famous grandparents like the late Debbie Reynolds, who was the mother of late actor Carrie Fisher and the grandmother to up-and-coming star Billie Lourd. Then there’s Snoop Dogg, who has twelve grandkids and is famous for creating the animated kids series Doggyland on YouTube. Not all celebrity grandparents are as well known. Some of them sneak under the radar, keeping their family life mostly out of the public eye. Below, we rounded up some celebrities you may not have realized were grandparents, including some former rock stars, rap legends, and Oscar-winners.
